i work in a hotel…the is a chemical spray that you can buy from you local janitorial supply
If you go to your local home care store, you should be able to locate a special chemical spray for just this person. there are several out there. But, you have to decide whether you want that or all the chemicals. this option should prove much less expensive than calling in a professional in your area. I hope that it doesn’t come to that for you. Good luck!
