I think a full 24 hours out of house is good after fumigation is wise,then place a fan in a window pointing out or use a bathroom fan to clear the air for about an hour before settling in.
They are hard to get rid of and any non foam mattresses that are infected must be taken out of the home and be nice and label it ‘bad’ or cut it up.
One can place doublesided tape in a square around infected areas too to try to catch the escaping little fiends when spraying or fumigating.
