ask your mom or friends mom.
Try Avon “skin so soft” it is supposed to repel bugs.
If you use bug spray use “off”. Be careful what you spraY ON YOU. I wouldn”t worry about it too much though. You could call a doctor and ask them,, or a call a bug exterminator in the phone book. They can tell you if you are in danger of getting bugs on you.

In order to kill bed bugs, you have to buy a chemical like raid, precor, or some other name brand. You spray it on your mattress, (focus on the seams), the clean linen, on every inch of your carpets and rugs, your curtains if you have any, and clothlike furniture like the couch and stuff. You have to do this around every 4 to 6 months to kill them and keep them away. If it is heavily infested, then call someone to fumigate. I will give you this website where they have stuff you can buy for bed bugs.

Immediately put those clothes in plastic tied bag and wash separately.
Put a plastic mattress cover on your bed. This way you can eliminate any that ‘sneaked’ in.
