Bedbugs are difficult enough to get rid of with pesticides, I doubt anything else will work.
Call a professional who has the right chemicals and knows what they are doing. Don’t wait another day. The longer you wait the bigger the infestation gets and the harder it is to get rid of them.

I heard a lot of professionals these days are using heat to get rid of bedbugs. I read they try to get the temp inside the house above 130 degrees. I’m not sure how though, and you better make sure you don’t burn your housee down.

http://www.ehow.com type in get rid of bed bugs. There are different articles in there.
Staying with the ehows is safe. The eggs are hard to kill if they are in your carpet. Some times the treatments have to be repeated because of hatching eggs. Rubbing Alcohol kills them. And keeps them off you.
