Are bedbugs a problem in Europe and/or the middle East?
I know they’re a common problem in American hotels but I will be traveling to the following countries over the next few months: Germany, Austria, Israel an Qatar. I also might be visiting Saudi Arabia, UAE and some Scandinavian countries. Do any of these places have bedbugs?

Right now bed bugs are on the rise in every country but especially in the US because of travelers, which the US has the most tourist entering. It is not just in hotels believe me.
It rose to 400 % !
So I would not worry about other countries and bed bugs.
You will not get any more than in the US.
