How do you not haul bedbugs along with you?

when you move out to a different place. Do I have to throw all my stuff away?

nope….
wash ALL your clothes at laundramat……
vacume ALL the matresses and spry them with skin friendly bug remover…

and paint ALL the the insides of your furniture….or you could spray paint.

Pretty much. Bed bugs can live for ages without eating. They live in your mattress, alarm clock, etc. They can even live in cracks in wood. There are all kinds of remedies out there but the tried and true is anything washable, wash in “hot” water (bleach even helps) you can put your mattress in a plastic mattress cover, but other than that , you are sol.

You pretty much have to throw all your stuff away—they’re almost impossible to get rid of otherwise!!!
