Wash the sheets, maybe once a week.
Change the position of the bed, to avoid it going
down where you sleep (ex:body imprints). And
vacuum the bed, with a dust buster, daily.

You will probably need to buy new furniture and linens, but you can try this: try to take a high powered vacuum and run it along the couch and bed (everywhere) several times until they have been sucked up. Wash the linens in super hot water and try to wash the couch down with something also. Wash your linens once a week (at least) to prevent them from coming back.

I just had to deal with this from a couch I recently got. Wash every thing that can go into the washer and vaccume everything else up real good and if you have pillows for your couch that can’t be washed, place them in a plastic bag and put them in the garage or back yard for a week or two to kill off the bugs that may be on/in them. Make shure you get behind and under the couch, beds, chairs, tv stand, all carpet ect and make shure you vacume up the uphosltery real good. When your done put the vacume bag in a plastic bag and take it out of your house. Vacume like this for a good week to make shure you get all the bugs up. Wash all bedding every day in the hottest setting.

You can also go to the store and by a RID spray can (the ones for lice) and spray this all over the couch and beds after you vacumed. You treat them just like you do for lice.

I recomend you getting the spray and then do a follow up spray a week latter to make shure you killed them all. If you leave just a few then your problem will start over again.

There is allso sprays you can buy just for bed bugs but the lice spray works just as well.

I wish you luck!!!
