how do i get rid of BED BUGS!?
i have had bed bugs for about 1 1/2 years now. i have tried absolutly everything! it is so frustrating when i try to sleep and i am getting bit. i really need some advise. ive tried bug bombs, spraying my matress and sheets with herbal sents, eating yogurt( a chemist told me..didnt work) and getting a matress encloser sheet.

Spray yourself with deet. No, but seriosly, put your sheets and stuff in the freezer for 30 min,
beat the bed with a long stick regularly
