As long as it is not included on your lease agreement, you should be fine! LOL I am sure that you could get rid of them, without the landlord even knowing! If you are being serious, They make a spray for your home, which kills bed bugs. lice, etc…check your local pharmacy…it would be with the head lice medicine. Good luck

Since the only thing that will get rid of bedbugs is professional treatment, offer to pay for any costs involved.

If you truly mean bedbugs, she shouldn’t evict you. It was reported in Science News recently that bedbug contamination is at an all time high. You could offer to have a pest control company spray your place at your expense, if you are positive that you are responsible for the bugs. Good Luck & Blessings
