how do you know if you have bed bugs?
can you see them? where do they come from and what causes them? everytime i go to bed i start itching really bad all over, and its getting to the point the where i cant sleep. i dont see anything in my bed and i wash my sheets and rooms always clean so why would i have them? how do i get them to go away if i do have them? its driving me crazy.

Most likely the problem isn’t your sheets, but the mattress itself. When we sweat it soaks through into the mattress and creates the perfect environment. You should consider having your mattress (and pillows) cleaned professionally as it’s gotten this bad, they can suck the moisture right out of the mattress so that the bugs can’t survive.
