My cat eats whatever bug he can catch, so I spose if by a very very very small chance your cat seen one, it would probably eat it, but bedbugs are not normally seen, just the bite they leave after. 🙂

i doubt your cat would ever see one unless its running on the floor.
yes they will eat almost everything!
