bedbugs.. I don’t even know where they came from. I’m not dealing with this at all.. advice?
Okay..first of all they are not microscopic.. lol, they are about a 1/4 of an inch big. (I did my research) They say cleaning is your best defense. thats important. (P.S. I am clean to begin with) I know what they are, I’ve done all the research, I’ve held the dead body in my papertoweled fingers and analized it..
In reality is there anyway to get rid of them?

what do they look like i had this problem too i just got some house spary and sparyed my hole house but it depens what kind of bug it is

I am sure there is stuff you can get to kill them but if it was me I would Chuck out the bed.
Saw them on Discovery.
They hide in little nooks and cranny’s and come out at night and feed off you.
I would get a new bed, and carpet or whatever soft stuff they might nest in.
Bedbugs are microscopic bugs that you can’t see to the natural eye. You need a microscope to see them. But they are real and sometimes they get in the bed and cause your legs or arms to itch. The best way to deal with them is to keep fresh sheets on your bed each week, make your bed every day, keep your legs shaved, (they are worse for me, when I haven’t shaved my legs) keep lotion on your legs. Just try to avoid them.
