What to do about bedbugs ?

I think I have bedbugs.. Last week, I flipped my mattress because my nephew had peed on it but I sprayed the wet area first. The next morning, I noticed a spot on my collarbone area – a bite. The next morning, another bite & so on. Two days ago, I started sleeping on the couch. Would it be a good idea to flip my mattress back the other way & change my sheets until I can get a new bed/mattress or pest control to come to my house?
I’ve never had bedbugs before either.. & I’ve had the same bed/mattress for years.
