They come from their parents like all of us do. But do you mean how did you get them.
If you have stayed anywhere away from home you might have brought them home with you.
Google bedbugs for a good answer. In 70 years of life I have never had bedbugs in any bed in any of our homes. We even stay in Hotels occasionally and have never brought them home. Although they say that is the prime place to pick them up.
