tiny white bugs usually spotted on black clothes and was once spotted on my arm and i felt it bit me?
i dont think its dust mites because dust mites dont bite and theyre brown, i also dont think its bed bugs because bedbugs are dark brown and a little more noticeable. these bugs are SO tiny that you have to look really closesly
-please help I need an answer!

This sounds like Cable Mites. I don’t know if you can feel them bite, but they cause a characteristic rash known as “Cable Mite Dermatitis”.
If these mites continue to cause trouble for your life medical help is indicated (generally psychiatric), but extermination efforts will not help. Your doctor may know it as delusory parasitosis.
