Yep I understand that but what spray should I buy from the market? Brand Names? Suggestions?

Lavender Linen Spray. Smells good, isn’t toxic and one of the best natural pest repellents out there. I buy mine at jascoorganics.com, but you might also find them at health food stores or maybe bed bath and beyond.

If you have bedbugs, the best way to get rid of them is to smother them. You can get a vinyl zip cover for your mattress that will cover the entire mattress and kill anything living in it. After about a week, you can vacuum out your mattress an everything will be clean again. You can put the cover back on to prevent the problem from happening again as well as prevent dust from accumulating in the mattress. You are also supposed to wash any bedding that has been on the bed on the very hottest water cycle in your washer, then hang in the sun to dry, to kill any that are left. The sprays only kill the surface bugs and once it dries, they come from deep within the mattress to chew on you again.
