What would be the devestating effects on the environment if Human parasites were to go extinct?

Parasites such as Tapeworms, Liver Flukes, Head Lice, Crab Lice, Bedbugs, and Scabies.

Considering all of these are consumers and our not consumed themselves, i would say the effect would be minimal. However, depending on the number of currently integreted parasites i would say that populations of fish, birds, insects and some mammals would greatly increase. Also rat population would rise.
