Just recently got some bed bugs problems for some reason.

Wash your sheets… Try getting rid of them before you catch them.

Not sure why you want to cath them unless it is to prove to someone that you have them.
Two sided sticky tape may work if that is the case.
If you want to get rid of them then I recommend a chemical free spray called BedBug Terminator which is made by a company called Kleen-Free that you can spray around your room, on yoru mattress etc and it kills them on contact and will also help to disintegrate their eggs.
