Sleep in water……..calms the soul……
well the bites would swell up and that would make you more crammed??? IDK
make sure the sheets are clean before you go to bed
if you curl up in a really tight ball you will sleep soon enough.
it says sleep tight DON’T let the bed bugs bite
so if the bed bugs bite you probably wldnt sleep as well

Actually, to ‘sleep tight’ is an old saying, reminding you to tighten the rope under your bed that held your matress up… and then a warning not to let the bed bugs bite.

Their so tiny they don’t eat much…just feels like your itchy I’m told….I wouldn’t know personally!!!
They mean keep your anus tight so they don’t crawl up there…
thats why I wrap up like a mummy in my blanket so they don’t come and try to eat me while I’m sleeeeeeeeeping.
