How do you get rid of bed bugs, ive tried different ways to no avail?
I noticed during the night i must have bedbugs because they bite and keep me awake during my sleep, ive tried some solutions that friends suggested to no avail. Ive washed and sprayed the sheets and mattress also.

get a small cooler, rough up the outside with sand paper,make sure the inside is very smooth,u may want to wax it,,set it on the bed with the cover off,put some dry ice in it,do this when its dark out,the bed bugs are attracted to carbon dioxide ,,they will crawl up the outside of the cooler,fall in,not being able to crawl out due to slippery sides,they will freeze or u will dump them down the drain,,this does WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You could get professional exterminators in. Be cheaper than replacing your mattress and bedding.
I’ve heard the only way is to burn the lot and then use an insecticide spray like House and Garden, in the room. In future you’ll need to wash sheets weekly and vacuum the mattress once in a while.
