brianne b February 28, 2011 at 4:37 am: Both.. They usually start in a dirty, unkempt place and then they can spread anywhere. A lot of the time, someone will stay in a dirty motel and bring bed bugs home.

Gb6191 February 28, 2011 at 4:57 am: I don’t think they come because of dirtiness but they are a pain in the ass. You have to wash or throw away everything! Wherever humans are they go because they feed on blood nothing else.
