Wrong section, you won’t get any help here. Try putting this in a more appropriate category.

Although I would suggest moving your room. Get a new mattress, new sheets, new pillows, wash your bed down, and then move it into another room. Go through that room and clean everything, set off a bug bomb, clean everything again, and then wait a week before moving back.

I have was in your situation last summer. However, i never got rid of them. I moved, but not cuz of the sole purpose of the bedbugs. However, it is going to take more than one visit from the exterminator to get rid of them. I know it is going to get tiresome but I highly recommend doing research. I have become a self-proclaimed bed bug expert.
Some quick tips would be to wash ALL your clothes and linens in hot water and hot dry them. Spray your mattress with Lysol, or some form, and buy a mattress cover. Sleep with the lights on, cuz they dont care for the lights too much. They only come out of the lights on when they really need to feed. When I moved, I got a new mattress, although i know that buying a new mattress isnt like buying new underwear. Also, although this is probably useless, bedbugs do not like the cold. And if you live in a building, spraying just your apartment isnt going to help. The WHOLE building needs to be sprayed, so you may have to talk to your landlord if thats the case.
Like I said, do research, thats what I did which is why I know alot about it. But I must warn you that you may get discouraged when you read some things. Good luck to you and I hope everything works out for you.

Lo,

You may have gotten rid of most of them but there are more cases of resistent bedbugs than ever before which means the last few will have to be killed another way or with a different chemical.

I would try a chemical free contact spray like bedbug terminator by Kleen-Free and just keep it handy to spray on any that you see and everywhere they may be hiding.

It will dissolve their exoskleton and kill them on contact.

Good luck

Alcohol kills on contact the higher the proof the better i use 91% alcohol if there is anything higher i WANT IT!! i have been battleing this since October09nd it is getting better. no completly gone but better. Bleach and Lysol wont kill them. I spraythe base boards of the walls the rugs my matterss ect. then air out your home and vacuum! you must vacuum, vacuum, vacuum. Trust me this is effective. i had the exterminator 2x and he has expressed the how to keep on it and i have. i was a non believer and was ready to move, but with 6 kids this would have been hard considering it wasnt 1yr yet that i have been in this new place. There is a light under this tunnel
