A google search for bed bug removal will give you losts of info.
I would post this question in Home and Garden – you might get some better info than google – there are some exterminators that hang out over there

How old is your mattress? If it’s quite old, I wouldn’t hesitate chucking it and starting fresh – if it’s in your budget of course. However, if it’s quite new – try using a steam cleaner. If you choose to buy a new mattress, make sure you buy an antibacterial mattress cover to protect your bed from future pests and always wash your sheets in hot water! Good luck!
The other answers are also correct but you need an exterminator to come in order to get rid of these. Also, putting an impermeable (means nothing can get through including air) over your mattress and completely encasing it will eventually kill them but killing all of them in your room is necessary first and then, a new mattress. Call the exterminator – you can’t do this yourself.
leave your window open (they don’t like any cold) don’t make your bed, as this can actually get rid of them. try peppermint essential oil; this worked for me.
