how can i get rid of bed bugs?
BED BUGS WILL NOT LET ME SLEEP I CAN FEEL THEM ,THERE ARE ANNOYING . THEY ARE NOT BITTING ME?

You will have to call an exterminator to get rid of them. These critters are not that easy to get rid of. Click below for more information on the critters.

Try dusting the mattress and sheets with baking soda, and leaving it like that for a full day before shaking it out. The bugs will not like the strong alkaline environment.
Heat alone kills bedbugs. A temperature of 120 – 125 degrees F. for 20-30 minutes is enough to kill bedbugs. There are several ways to do that, but I like the idea of wrapping affecting furniture and beds, etc. in black plastic, and set them out in the sun on a hot day. Hot asphalt would work similarly, so would a hot moving van. Plastic mattress pads are good, too. Stuffed animals and bedding, etc. can be run through the dryer. There’s lots of things you can do besides spend money on pesticides from an exterminator, and I think lots of these poisons they spray are worse than the bedbugs, and the potential harm lasts longer.
