Just wash your sheets every week and bathe your body every day.

Unfortunately, you can’t get rid of bedbugs without replacing the mattress. Here are some good tips: http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/bedbugs/#find

Call a local exterminator & see if they might have something you could stop by their office & purchase.

Wash sheets, mattress pad, etc. in very hot water. Add at least 3 cups of bleach and 2 cups baking soda.
