Call an exterminator to come and spray.
Some nitwit who had bedbugs moved into our building and the whole building had to be sprayed. We had to take EVERYTHING out of closets/drawers/kitchen cabinets, pile it all into the middle of the room, pull furniture away from the walls… it was awful.

If you suffer from asthma/allergies/breathing problems you should find somewhere else to spend the night after the exterminator sprays.

Sun your bed and bedding if possible.
Change the sheets everyday, Its in the folds of the sheets that are tucked in that the bugs lay eggs.
Cover all the cracks in the bed with Boric Powder.
You could also spray any insect killer in the cracks, you have to do this daily until you get the last of them.
Another way would be to move out of the house for a month or more.
