If a Business has Bed Bugs can the Landlord evict?

If a Business that pays rent for a commercial space has Bed Bugs can the Landlord evict? If the business has had bed bugs for several months but despite multiple exterminations can’t really stop the problem because there are too many fixtures that and interior walls and structure that would have to be ripped out and the landlord finds out does the landlord have the power to evict them?
