who is responsible for bedbugs?
i live in an apartment, we recently got bedbugs, we treated it with RAID, gone temporarily but came back soon. When we reported it to the apartment tenants.. they ask us for a fee! They don’t spray roaches much either (even though they have schedule for fighting roaches)
My neighbor told me they had the pest control over at no charge, who is supposed to cover expenses for this?

Call the health department in your city ( town) Take pictures of the infestation AND bites on you. The owner is REQUIRED to maintain the place. Also , roaches carry diseases. You should not have to live in those conditions. ( keep copies of EVERYTHING pics, correspondence, etc.to the health dept and your landlord responses. Good luck !
