12 gauge shotgun works great on most all varmints. I would go with a #8 bird shot for the little guys though. Happy Huntin

if its in your bed, get a matteress cover that zips up…pillow covers that zip…that can hold the buggers in…go to your local walmart and find the near like plastic containers they have,…it must zip to prevent them from crawling out
if you cant do this, they can live up to 18 months without food……. place your mattress outside in a zip container to prevent dust and dirt from getting on it and making it more dirty
they sell zip containers that will prevent the bugs from finding you in the night…..or getting out
keep the container on and you will never have them again……they will die of starvation after about 2 years
but in the meantime get something really strong like bleach and wash everything…old books will hold them too
