place ur bedding materials into a trashbags, then put them in a deep freezer for 24 hours. take them out and shake. that will work.

There is no organic means by which to rid one’s bed of bedbugs, but you can keep them from getting to you. Buy a bedding encasement, and seal your bed in plastic.
Generally, once the bed is infested it is best to discard it.
