I was biten by bedbugs in Claridge casino hotel, what would you do?
I have claimed a $ 96 value of a Starbucks card disappeared from my room, also – filled out the form about, but did not get any response them yet, tough it was months ago.
What would you do?
I offer $ 500 for you ” Jesus Christ” just to get into the same room it happened to me…
…And enjoy it your own way.
I did not even get an apology response from them on my written documented complaint form I left signed with address and Ph # at the checkout desk.

I think you should just it go. Their lawyers are infinitely better than anyone most people can hire.
should have made a BIG scene in lobby…walking down hall. evelavtor..mainly lobby..
they give you room free and stuff. plus lose a bit of buisness hehehe

personally i would burn the place to the ground by starting a fire on a middle floor
