prob bally,this might seem gross,but he might have more perspiration then you do,therefore attracting bugs more because of the sugar on the sweat

Maybe he’s sleeping in one more bed than you are.
he is tastier? or maybe you should just clean more, and change your sheets more often. Spray lysol is great, so is vacuuming.
