Question by Saraphina Blue:
What do you think about the outbreak of bedbugs across the USA? Is there a problem in the UK as well?

Or elsewhere in the modernized world?

Apparently pesticides don’t work and they can travel quite easily in luggage and person to person.
What do you think caused this outbreak??

Not sure but to minimise the risk of getting them on your house:

Vacuum the mattress on the beds once a month and turn the mattress over. Vacuum bedrooms once a week including all the edges etc where dust build up.

When you’ve been on holiday, put the contents of you suitcase through the washing machine and vacuum the empty suitcase before returning to storage.
