If in your bed, pour rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle (do not dilute) take off all sheets and place into the washer. Spray your bed frame, and mattress with the alcohol until its SOAKED. The alcohol will kill them. You can also use extreme heat like using hot water in your wash cycle and hot on your dryer settingfor sheets and other stuff you wash. IF you have a steamer feel free to use that as well.

changeyour sheets clean yr room gets some bug spray.
