Will sweating for a long period of time and keeping your hair oily kill lice or bed bugs?
cause i haave no idea if i have lice or not. i wa trying on a hat and my mom said it couldve lice…
so now a few weeks later. still itchy
so im trying to sweat alot to kill lice or bed bugs if its bed bug…
is it possible to catch bed bugs from trying on a hat in a store?

If she’s concerned about you having lice, then check your head. Lice IS visible, you know. And sweating? That has nothing to do with killing lice. What are you gonna do? Run 5 miles? Just buy the medication that is used to treat lice and launder all your bedding.

I don’t think you have lice or bed bugs, you can catch it from trying on hats. Have your mom look and see if there are any lice on your head, there would be tiny little eggs attached to your hair at the nape of the neck. If you did have lice you would need to get RID shampoo, which is sold at the pharmacy. It will kill it. Sweating and not washing your hair won’t get rid of lice.

You could be itchy because your worried about it.
