Bedbugs generally spread through people, clothing, items, etc. They won’t generally spread by walking or moving around unless there’s a short and easy route.

So, as long as no person or object that has come into contact with bedbugs comes into contact with your nana or her home, you shouldn’t have a problem.

Bedbugs travel by “hitching” rides on people’s clothing or belongings. If your grandmother visits a person’s home that has Bedbugs or they visit her home, then she can get infested and eventually pass them on to you. However the situation is the same for you. You can visit someone’s home that has Bedbugs or they can visit you and introduce them into your residence.

Sorry but being in a trailer park does not increase the chances of a Bedbug infestation.
