Is sleeping on the floor any use if you have bedbugs?

Question by A:
Is sleeping on the floor any use if you have bedbugs?

Okay, I don’t have bedbugs, but I’m worried that I’ll get them. If I get them, before calling the exterminators over should I sleep on the floor in a sleeping bag or does it not matter? I don’t want those creepy bugs getting anywhere near me.
Sorry. I know I posted the same question 3 times because I thought it didn’t work. My computer kept on saying “loading”

Bed bugs get to your bed via the floor, cracks in the wall, etc. Sleeping on the floor will just make you an easier meal.

just because they are called bed bugs doesn’t mean they don’t live anywhere else or cant travel.
they can be in chairs, cracks in the tile your suit case in the base boards in your dresser, the table the couch your new sweater. so really if you had them the will track you down and feed regardless.
