complain to management
I am sure they will either reimburse you or offer you a package deal for free
but if you DON:T speak up then nothing will happen

Unlike musquito, bed bugs dont transmit any disease. It is bothersome by producing irritation. The idea of choosing a 5 star hotel is to have a hygeinic and clean ambience. If you find bed bugs there you may complain to the concerned authorities and quit without payment or a compensation.
