All bedding and nightclothes will have to be washed in hot water to disinfect them. You can buy sprays or powders to treat the mattress with.

A low humidity of 25% works. Freeze the mattress, but it will need to be very cold for this to work. The mattress provides insulation to the bedbugs.
Keep bed sheets washed will prevent the bedbugs. I hope…
Other than that, the suggestion above works… hotwater and bleach…and fumigate the mattress.
I’ve never had this problem so I am recommending what I’d do if I did get bedbugs.
