Try vacuuming your mattress thoroughly on both sides, & end for end. Remove the sweeper bag immediately & put it in a garbage bag & toss it outside into your trash receptacle. Next, spray the mattress well with Lysol spray & let it dry completely. Invest in a zippable mattress cover as well as zippable pillow covers. (put pillow cases on the pillows as you normally do)

I agree with the other response as in vacuuming the bed well and to get the protective covers for the bed and pillows. Also you want to make sure you wash all of your bed linens in the hottest setting and dry in the highest setting as well. Unfortunately if this doesn’t help you may have to get an exterminator. Apparently they are a big issue right now, many people are having problems with them.
Good luck.

You can’t. Call an exterminator. Chances are if you have them in the bed, you have them in the carpet, and other furniture also.

Bed bugs are a very hard thing to get rid of.
It is true that if you have them in your bed you probably have them all over the house.
You should call an exterminator and then cover your mattress and pillows with a plastic covering. If you start seeing little black marks on the mattress then you still have the bugs.
