can I sue my landlord for bed bugs that where in our rented house before we moved here..?
When I moved in the house was infested with fleas. It was so bad we had to leave for a week while he attempted to get rid of them. It is 3 months later and he still has not got rid of the fleas. My son was sent home from school because of all the bites

I’m not sure but I think if you’re renting they are only required to have the place professionally treated. I had bed bugs for 7 months and had to have my place treated every month. They eventually went aways with the pro treatments and my own preventative measures. (bed protector, using less blankets etc.) I threw out my bed and had to replace it myself.
