Put it outside in the mid-day broad daylight, the heat from the sun will chase the bug away

sleep on the floor!
But seriously, sun is the best way of getting rid of them. Although sleeping on the floor will also help as they will die within a short while with no human skin to feed on. Also consider one of the powder treatments available in pharmacies.
