Question by Ashleyy:
Bugs attacking my feet at night, how do I get rid of them?

I have been spraying my room wth flea spray but they keep coming back. I can see them jumpin around. I have 3 cats and they have been treated for fleas but I think they still might have them. Everytime I go to bed I wake up in the midde of the night stratching and finding new bites everywhere. I don’t know if this could be bedbugs though and if it is please tell me how to get rid of them. Also, If someone else is in my room they don’t get bitten, only me.

Your comment as “I can see them jumpin around” make them sound like fleas. As a cat owner, you should be familiar with what a flea looks like.

If they were bedbugs then they would be the size and shape of an apple seed. They would be flat as a sheet of paper and they would NOT jump.

My guess is that you are more sensitive to their bites than your roommates. I would also suspect that they are breeding in your carpet. You need to have the room fumigated. That will kill them and in a couple weeks their eggs will hatch and you will need to fumigate a second time.

What do you think? Answer below.
