Do we have bed bugs or not?
My daughter wakes up with bite marks on her legs. They look like bed bug bites but we have searched and searched and can’t find any sign of any bed bugs anywhere in the house. My daughter is the only one with the bite marks. Any ideas?

She might need a new mattress.Wash the sheets and blankets and put powder on the bare mattress until you can buy a new one.

You’re not giving enough information to say for sure. It is possible that only your daughter is reacting to the bed bugs or it could be something else biting her. Get bed bug interceptors and put under the feet of her bed. Also pull the bed away from the wall and check very carefully in any cracks in the bed and in the mattress seams for signs of bedbugs.
If you have bedbugs, do research before you take action because you can make the problem worse.
