if you dont have any bites and you cant see any, what makes you think you have any in the first place?

Why do you think you have them? Generally they are noticed by their brownish droppings in the corner seams of matresses and in some infestations, on the sheets. You may also notice a creosote type of smell. Bed bugs hide in cracks in the bed frame, behind base boards, and under loose cloth/wallpaper – they are hard to find.

Here is an article to help you identify them and where they hide. This link will show you what Terry is telling you.

1. You aren’t going to catch your bedbugs, if you have them. 2. If you do not have bites on you, you do not have bedbugs.
3. If you feel like something is crawling on you during the night there are many possibilities. You could have spiders in your house. You could have some anxiety issue that surfaces during the night while you are trying to sleep. You could just have dry skin.

If spiders sound the most likely, buy some bug bombs, put your pets, if any, outside, and bomb the house to kill any pests that are in there. Don’t just bomb your bedroom, because they’ll just move to a different part of the house. Buy four or five bombs and get the whole house.

If you have dry skin, use good lotion before bed and turn down the water temp in your shower.

If you are uptight or anxious, talk to someone. Mental health professional, friend, relative, clergy person, or to whomever you are most comfortable.
