CAN I TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST HOTEL THAT GAVE ME BED BUGS?

I would call the hotel and complain big time!! Throw a big fit, trust me they don’t like dealing it it so they will comp you somehow. If they don’t, that’s when you start threatening them with a lawsuit because you went and saw your doctors and everything.
Don’t back down, that’s so horrible you got those. I am terrified oh those bugs.
You can take action against anyone over anything. Now, as to whether a judge or attorney is going to do anything about it remains to be seen. Heck, you could try and sue me for the way I type. It does not mean that something will come of it.
I would think that you could. When I was younger I worked at a hotel, in the laundry room. Once when the hotel was booked, I had to help
the house keepers by collecting the dirty linens from each room.
they showed me that I DON’T need to take the top cover on the beds, just the sheets and pillow cases, and towells that looked like they had been used.
I thought that was pretty sick, because of so many different reasons.
Plus alot of homeless people do get hotel rooms when they collect enough money. Sooooo…..
Obviously you have been to a Doctor? So I would get all the information and papers from him, stating that you do have it, and also all the bills and exspenses this has cost you.
second I would contact a lawyer, BEFORE saying anything to the hotel. Most lawyers will give you a free consultation, so grab your phone book at start contacting some lawyers.
How did you determine this? In order to make your claim valid, you would have to have proof. What evidence do you present to support your claim?

i’m not sure if you can sue or anything. what i’d do is send a call to the hotel, telling them your unsatisfied and ask for your money back for the bad experience. make sure you never stay in the same hotel, and make that clear. tell your friends and family, too.
don’t bother with legal action unless you really gat affected by the bugs.
write a letter to the hotel headquarters too…
and cc or send a copy to the hotel management too.
(if you saw a doctor have him write a note confirming the
date he saw you and what he determined)
and make sure you put the dates you were at the hotel.
