Quite simple!

Bedbugs can’t stand heat.

Remove every soft plastic important item in your home (computers, plastic laundry containers) and remove any pets you may have and heat it to over 100 degrees F for about 24 hours. Stay somewhere else overnight. That’ll eradicate pretty much every bug (including bedbugs, roaches would survive this though…) in your home.

Spray infected area with rubbing alcohol. This will kill the little pest upon contact.

Use dish brush and rubbing alcohol on visible eggs.

Items that are removable should be washed in very hot water or discarded.

Item that can not be washed maybe treated with direct sunlight. Begin by wrapping the item in plastic and place in direct sunlight. This will raise the temperature of the items surroundings at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

Vacuum the house to remove any eggs or bugs from the furniture, carpet, and walls. Make sure you pay close attention to cracks, seams, and corners. . Once done, throw away all containers, or empty the container outside.

Steam clean carpets

Repair cracks in walls and glue down loose wallpaper.

Bedbugs reach thermal death at approximately 113f for 1 hour. The higher the temp the shorter the time. 100F is not enough to kill Bedbugs or roaches. If you have Bedbugs, I suggest calling a professional to help you eliminate them. You may want to consider Bedbug proof mattress encasements and Bedbug traps/monitors.
