You call in someone to sray chemicals in your home. Simple.
Blow hot water steam from a device into and then let it dry out.
You need to bring in a professionall pest control company. The bugs are not only were you see them…..they are hiding in the walls, funiture, etc.
put it out in the sun for three or four days. The sun will burn the life out of them then take a water hose and spray the couch down and let dry in the sun.
