u get anti mrak creams in the market, as for the bedbugs u get creams to keep em off ur body, to get rid of em permaneently use some sprays…and needles to say-u get em in the market too-or try sprinkling neem water
Dust mites do not live on your body. They live in your bed sheets, and carpets. So wash your sheets regularly and vacuum everyday, or get rid of all carpets
