Why does this happen in my projects?
My grandma’s project used to be filled with old people. Everyone was nice and it was a great place to visit. You could even go to the pool. But know its majority black and it has already had two crack busts. Bedbugs have infested the building and my grandma has been mugged. Why did this happen?

maybe because drug dealers moved in. bed bugs are common nowadays. sorry about your grandmother. maybe you could try helping her out

That’s just a part of life. It’s not because of the black people, so that sounds racist. But, I will assume you did not mean it to be racist. But, all of the stuff that happened is just part of life. Things crack. Bugs infest. People move. We can do nothing about that.
